I HIGHLY recommend Injinji socks - one of my favourite changes of gear recently. I’ve got like 6 pairs now and use them for all my runs. I go with the trail ones as they’re designed to help stop stuff getting into your sock and that works like a dream
Sweeet! I’ve heard really good things, I need to just do it. Did the feeling of the toes take any adjustment period, & does this prevent the need to tape?
Yeah maybe a little bit, but you don’t think about it / feel it while you’re running.
I feel like putting them on is the biggest adjustment 🤣
Definitely no taping required. I did my miler in them combined with chafe balm on the toes too and came away pretty good. I did end up with 2 blisters however that was due to other issues and not being able to put a fresh pair on / re-apply chafe balm
